Welcome to Pulutanfest.com (“Site”). This Site and all PulutanFest events are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, attending a PulutanFest event, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below, as well as the Site’s Privacy Policy.


PROHIBITED ITEMS AT PULUTANFEST EVENTS:

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any violators from the event grounds.

  • No outside food or drinks (Let’s support our vendors)
  • No illegal drugs or substances
  • No illegal items (weapons, sharp objects, laser pens/pointers, etc)
  • No fireworks and any type of pyrotechnics
  • No pets allowed
  • No large bags – this will be subject to inspection
  • No big posters, banners, placards, signages and alike
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
  • No professional still and video cameras except with permission from Event Organizers
  • Strict “CLEAN AS YOU GO” policy

PRIVACY POLICY

Collection of Information: We collect personal information, such as, but not limited to, your name and email address, when you register with our Site, purchase tickets to a PulutanFest event, or participate in one of our activities, contests, surveys, etc.. We may also collect non-personal information, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.

Use of Information: We may use your personal information to send you updates and but not limited to, promotional emails about our products and services, as well as those of our partners. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time. We may also use your information to provide you with products and services that you have requested, to respond to your inquiries, and to improve our Site and events.

We may also share your information with third-party service providers who assist us with the operation of our Site or the delivery of our products and services. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEDIA CONTENT

By participating in or attending the event and capturing videos or photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ownership: All videos and photos taken during the event remain the property of PulutanFest. By capturing videos and photos, you acknowledge that you do not have any ownership rights to the content you create.

Grant of License: You grant PulutanFest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the videos and photos captured during the event. This license includes the right to modify, adapt, and edit the content for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes related to the event or future events organized by PulutanFest Organizers.

Personal Use: You may use the videos and photos captured during the event for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on personal social media accounts. However, you may not sell or license the content to any third party without the explicit written permission of PulutanFest Organizers.

Release of Liability: You release PulutanFest Organizers, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or related to the capture, use, or distribution of the videos and photos taken during the event. PulutanFest assumes no responsibility for the content captured by attendees or any misuse of the content by third parties.

Consent of Participants: If you capture videos or photos that include other event attendees or participants, you affirm that you have obtained their consent to capture and use their likeness in the content. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions or releases from individuals depicted in the videos or photos.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while capturing videos and photos during the event. This includes respecting the privacy rights, intellectual property rights, and any event-specific rules or guidelines provided by PulutanFest.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold PulutanFest its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your capture, use, or distribution of the videos and photos taken during the event.

Modification or Termination: PulutanFest reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the event’s official website or through other means of communication.

Promotional Use: By participating in or attending the event and capturing videos or photos, you grant PulutanFest the right to use the videos and photos for promotional purposes related to the event or future events organized by PulutanFest. This includes, but is not limited to, using the content in promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts, websites, and other marketing channels.

No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the videos and photos captured during the event for promotional purposes.

By participating in the event and capturing videos or photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the confiscation of captured content and potential legal action.

Site and Event Content: All content on this Site and at PulutanFest events, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photos and software, is the property of PulutanFest or its licensors and is protected by Republic of the Philippines and international copyright laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

PulutanFest goal is to provide you a memorable, fun and safe experience on its site and its events.

PulutanFest’s Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulutanFest and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or attendance at a PulutanFest event. Maximum Liability: In no event shall PulutanFest’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or attendance at a PulutanFest event exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to PulutanFest for accessing this Site or purchasing tickets to a PulutanFest event. No Liability for Food and Drink Vendors: PulutanFest is not responsible for the food and drinks sold by our vendors and partners during the event.
